Don't you just love this time of year? We all need to take time and enjoy the season. Think of it through a childs eyes. Every day my little boy wakes up looking for the magic and mess that his little elf has created. (little background on the elf - did you know that if you send Santa a note requesting a magic elf that somehow a magical elf appears? Each night you have to feed your elf -ours prefers Wheat thins and water- Each night the elf wakes up to eat and create mischief.) Some days Warner the elf has toilet papered my son's room, he has been found reading with all the books pulled from the bookshelf, he has gotten in the hamper and thrown all the smelly clothes around the room, he has hidden in my son's stocking, he's been found riding a reindeer in the living room. He is quite the mischevious magical guy. What fun it is each morning to see the surprise on my boys face. Warner the elf must have been tired last night because he did not wake up and make any messes - my boy was quite upset and oops I was feeling pretty bad....

A. It's Christmas, Eve.
